This article will be of use both for the true connoisseurs of France wine and for average people who are in the habit of sharing a bottle of good wine at dining table. You may say that hot summer time is not a friendly period for alcohol drinking. But our narration will deal with the lightest drinks – the white sorts of French wine. Interested? We must recognize that the range of white sorts of French wines is rather wide. And what you are to consider really is not the percentage of alcohol in it, but the catching flavor and delicate taste of wine. And the choice is worth appreciation.
You know, we often prefer to take our meals in unofficial atmosphere. So, light and flavorful sorts of wine will match your meals perfectly. It may be anything – grilled chickens or shrimps, various vegetables or light salads, all will taste perfectly with a glass of good white wine (say, with a Château Fage Graves de Vayres 2007). The wine will afford you touching its citrus flavors mix – and you can not be worry about its interference with the taste of your meals. On the contrary, the wine will only be a complement to them. You can also try another sort from the area of Bordeaux (Monsieur Touton Sauvignon Blanc 2008), with a bottle decorated with the Bordeaux Opera House.
Some gourmands prefer crabs for summer meal. They will be pleased by the opportunity to taste a good Muscadet wine produced in Loire Valley (the sort of Château de la Chesnaie 2008 will satisfy the most cultivated tastes). The abovementioned sort is perfect for meals of seafood. These wines are fermented with the grapes of Muscadet and filled with a bit of lees to produce a delicate flavor.
Oysters, for example, go perfectly with Chablis. The reason may be that the grapes of Chablis grow on the subsoil of seashells. One of the sorts produced of those grapes is called “William Fèvre’s Les Champs Royaux 2008”; it can give you all you wait from the high-class wines.

The devotees of lobsters can taste a bottle of “Lucien Albrecht Pinot Blanc Cuvée Balthazar 2007”, which gives them really rich and beautiful flavor. You can be eager to know that this wine was named after the ancestor who owned the Alsatian propriety in 1698.
If you haven’t decided of the white wine to drink yet, buy Château Carbonneux of 2007 and take it to the starter. You will be for sure enjoying the light flavor of a blend of traditional Sauvignon and Semillon. By the way, if you have an opportunity to
buy wine in France, you are a lucky one, because you will have the chance to take part in real France wine tasting. This exciting experience will be obviously expressive for you. Anyway, to buy French wine in France is much more interesting then to do that somewhere else. Well, if you have a chance, so take it!
