In this sense the best place for wine storing will be the cellar.

If the wine is made of the natural cork then you need to keep the wine’s cork tight and moist. The other major reason of wine spoilage is an oxidation. That’s why wines that are left over must not be saved for drinking on the next day. Of course it is mostly advisable for the old wines than the younger ones.

Tips for saving wine: Provided you are going to keep the leftover wines, so you have some ways according to which you can act.

Refrigeration: When you refrigerate your wines the speed of growth of the bacteria becomes slower.

Decanting: You can put the leftover wine in a smaller bottle so there will not be any possibility to contact wine with oxygen a lot. But the great amount of people consider this method as ineffective, however as per theory this method seems to be working.

Vacuuming: According to this method it is used a special utilization of a sucker tube that takes off the whole vacuum from the bottle. This instrument applied is as easy as a rubber bung and a pump. But get to know that such a method seems to render lifeless and a dull taste of wine.
